Ontide defines a series of conditions and regulations regarding local laws and social/ethical requirements and establishes regulations that factories and business partners must comply with and act upon. All business partners and suppliers of Ontide must post this Code of Conduct on-site and fully comply with it.

We do not tolerate any other undue business influence that undermines the integrity and transparency of our business. Suppliers and business partners must sign and approve compliance with the regulations and conditions mandated by Ontide's Code of Ethics.

In 2010, the Dodd-Frank Act applied to US listed companies required disclosure of the use of conflict minerals used as parts necessary for the products of those companies. Ontide supports and cooperates with customer companies so that conflict minerals are not used in all products.
